Prior experience in educational research, programme evaluation, school-based studies, or educational technology (EdTech) projects. Experience in conducting field surveys, classroom observations, interviews, focus group discussions, and stakeholder consultations. Familiarity with educational psychology constructs such as digital literacy, learning motivation, self-efficacy, self-regulated learning, student engagement, and cognitive load.
