HAL Apprentice Stipend 2026

As per the Apprentices Act 1961 & Rules and subsequent amendments, HAL apprentices will be paid the following monthly stipend, shared equally between HAL and BOAT (Government Agency):

Documents Required at the Time of Joining

  • Medical/Physical Fitness Certificate issued by any registered Medical Practitioner (as per Annexure-II format, based on Schedule-II, Rule 4 of the Apprentices Act 1992)
  • Blood Group Report
  • Latest Police Verification Certificate issued by the local police station
  • Photocopy of the front page of an SBI savings account passbook (candidates must hold an SBI savings account)
  • 6 (six) passport-size photographs
  • 4 (four) stamp-size photographs
  • Relevant OBC (Non-Creamy Layer)/SC/ST/EWS certificates, where applicable, for reservation benefit

Dress Code / Uniform for HAL Apprentices

Candidates must arrange a minimum of two sets of uniforms on their own, as per the following specification:

How to Join: Steps for Shortlisted Candidates

  1. Check your name in the Annexure-I shortlist of the official PDF.
  2. Arrange the required original certificates, medical fitness certificate, police verification certificate, and SBI passbook copy.
  3. Arrange two sets of uniform as per the prescribed dress code.
  4. Report to the TTC Building, Avionics Division, HAL, Balanagar, Hyderabad by 8:30 AM on 27th July 2026.
  5. Complete the mutual apprenticeship contract generation through the NATS Portal.

Important Instructions

  • Do not carry electronic gadgets or unnecessary baggage to the factory during training.
  • HAL is under no obligation to offer employment after completion of the apprenticeship.
  • Candidates who have already joined or completed apprenticeship in another establishment are not eligible.
  • Trainees must strictly follow TTC rules and regulations; violations may lead to cancellation of candidature and termination of training.
  • No deviation from the instructions in the letter will be entertained.
  • The apprenticeship commences only from the date the contract is generated and confirmed on the NATS Portal. If the contract is not generated/confirmed, the provisional offer becomes null and void.
