Technician Post – Qualification Notes
- Dental Hygienist: 12th with Science and Diploma in Dental Hygienist Course with State Dental Council Registration (2 years’ experience)
- X-ray Technician: 10+2 with Diploma in relevant field (IPHS), with 1 year experience
- Dialysis Technician: 10+2 with Science & Diploma or Certificate Course in Dialysis Technology, with 1 year experience
Eligibility Criteria for NHM Jalgaon Recruitment 2026
Educational Qualification
Educational qualification differs post-wise, ranging from MBBS/MD/MS/DM for medical specialist posts to BDS/MDS for Dentist, and diploma/degree qualifications for paramedical and technician posts. Refer to the vacancy table above for the exact qualification required for each post. Candidates whose mark sheets do not show percentage or who studied under a grading system must attach an attested photocopy of both sides of the mark sheet.
Age Limit
- Open Category: Maximum 38 years as on the date of application
- Reserved/Backward Category: Maximum 43 years as on the date of application
- Posts related to Nursing services: Maximum age limit is 65 years
- Candidates above 60 years of age must attach a physical fitness certificate issued by the District Civil Surgeon along with the application.
Salary / Remuneration
Remuneration under NHM Jalgaon Recruitment 2026 ranges from Rs. 17,000/- per month for Technician posts up to Rs. 1,25,000/- per month for the Cardiologist post. Teleconsultation posts (Physician and Paediatrician) are paid Rs. 300/- per teleconsultation instead of a fixed monthly salary. The remuneration mentioned against each post is consolidated, and no other allowances will be payable in addition to it.

The application fee must be paid through a Demand Draft (DD) only, drawn in favour of “District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society, Jalgaon”. Candidates must write their name and the post applied for on the back of the DD. Applications without a valid DD will be rejected regardless of the reason.
Selection Process
1. Direct Interview (Super Specialist, Specialist and MBBS Medical Officer posts)
For Super Specialist, Specialist, and Medical Officer (MBBS) posts, selection will be made through direct interview based on the following marking scheme (total 50 marks):
- Subject Knowledge – 10 marks
- Research & Academic Knowledge – 10 marks
- Leadership Quality – 10 marks
- Administrative Abilities – 10 marks
- Experience – 10 marks (Government experience: 2 marks/year; Private experience: 1 mark/year; maximum 10 marks)
2. Merit-Based Marking (All Other Posts)
For all remaining posts, selection will be based on a 100-mark scheme as follows:

Candidates with equal marks will be given preference based on seniority by date of birth (older candidate preferred).

- Fill in the application form completely in the prescribed format.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents along with page numbers written on each document.
- Attach the Demand Draft of the applicable fee in favour of “District Integrated Health & Family Welfare Society, Jalgaon”.
- Submit the completed application by hand or by post to: National Health Mission, Health Department (New Building), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, between 6 July 2026 and 16 July 2026, during office hours (excluding holidays).
- Candidates applying for more than one post must submit a separate application for each post along with the separate applicable fee.
- Applications received after the due date will not be considered.
Important Instructions
- These are purely contractual posts valid up to 29 June 2027; the contract may be terminated earlier if posts are reduced as per the NHM action plan.
- Incomplete applications or applications with insufficient documents will be rejected, and no complaints regarding this will be entertained.
- If posts (Sr. No. 1 to 9 as per the notification) do not receive suitable Super Specialist/Specialist/MBBS candidates, interviews will be conducted every Tuesday until the posts are filled.
- If the Central/State Government disapproves the relevant posts, the candidate’s service will be terminated immediately without prior notice.
- These posts do not carry any right to permanency, and government service rules/protections do not apply to candidates recruited under this notification.
- Candidates must apply under only one reservation category; applying under two categories will result in the second application being rejected.
- A candidate must not have more than two living children as per the declaration dated 23 July 2020 (children born on/after 23 July 2020 count towards this limit).
- No candidate can claim disciplinary/criminal case-free status falsely; candidates must not have any criminal case registered against them.
- Selection is purely on merit; any use of influence/pressure by a candidate will lead to cancellation of candidature.
