UPSSSC X-Ray Technician Result: How the Selection Was Made
As per the notice, UPSSSC had earlier invited online applications from Indian citizens for 382 vacant posts of X-Ray Technician under the Director General, Medical and Health Services, Lucknow. A written (Mukhya) examination was conducted for these posts. Based on the written exam scores, shortlisted candidates were called for an eligibility and document verification (Abhilekh Pariksha) round. After this verification, UPSSSC approved the final merit-based selection list against the 382 advertised posts.
Out of 382 advertised posts, 377 candidates were finally selected. The remaining 5 posts, reserved under the Divyang (H.H. Hearing Handicapped) sub-category, could not be filled due to unavailability of eligible candidates and have been carried forward (“Agraneet”) to the advertised vacancies as per applicable government orders.

UPSSSC X-Ray Technician Cut-off Marks 2026
UPSSSC has also released the category-wise cut-off marks separately, vide Letter No. 598/Gopan/01/10/2023/2026 dated 14 July 2026. The cut-off marks represent the score obtained by the last selected candidate in each category, along with that candidate’s date of birth (used for tie-breaking).
