Notification 02 – Paramedical Posts
- Clinical Psychologist: Master’s degree in Psychology (UGC-recognized university) with 2 years’ experience in Neurology or Psychiatry in a reputed hospital. Desirable: M.Sc. in Clinical Psychology.
- Bio Medical Engineer: B.Tech in Bio-Medical Engineering (AICTE-recognized) with 3 years’ experience in a corporate hospital or medical-equipment MNC.
- Instrument Mechanic Gr-II: Diploma in Bio-Medical Engineering or equivalent (Govt. of AP recognized) with 2 years’ experience in a reputed corporate hospital.
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist Gr-I: M.Sc./B.Sc. with PG Diploma in Medical Radio Isotope Technology (DMRIT) from BARC or equivalent, or M.Sc. in Nuclear Medicine Technology, or M.Sc. MRIT from a recognized institute. Several desirable qualifications listed in the notification (see official PDF).
- Nuclear Medicine Technologist Gr-II: B.Sc. with 2-year PG Diploma in Nuclear Medicine Technology (AERB-recognized institution), OR B.Sc. with 1-year Certificate Course in Radiographic Assistant (CRA) plus 4 years’ experience. Must be registered with the Andhra Pradesh Paramedical Board (APPMB).
- Speech Therapist: B.Sc. in Speech Therapy and Audiology with 2 years’ experience in a reputed hospital. Desirable: M.Sc. in Speech Pathology.
- Perfusion Technologist Gr-II / Assistant Perfusionist: B.Sc. plus 2-year PG Diploma in Cardio-Pulmonary Perfusion Technology, APPMB registration required.
- Pharmacist Gr-II: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (AICTE-recognized) with Pharmacy Council of India registration, OR Diploma in Pharmacy (AP Board of Technical Education) with PCI registration and 3 years’ experience in a reputed corporate hospital.
- Audiometry Technician: Bachelor’s degree in Speech, Hearing & Language Pathology / Diploma in Audiometry Technician, with RCI or AP Paramedical Board registration.
Notification 02 – Non-Paramedical Posts
- Medical Communication & Publicity Officer: Graduate degree in Fine Arts (JNTU Hyderabad or institution of repute) with specialized training in advertising/publicity/videography, plus 3 years’ experience.
- Assistant Accounts Officer: Postgraduate in Commerce with CA-Inter and at least 5 years’ relevant experience, OR a Chartered Accountant.
- Assistant Librarian: Post-graduation in Library Information Sciences (MLISc). M.Phil./Ph.D. preferred.
- Networking Engineer: B.Tech (CSE) / MS with network-specialization experience.
- Assistant Public Relation Officer: M.A./M.Sc. in Arts or Social Sciences plus a Degree or Diploma in Journalism or Public Relations.
- Photographer: Intermediate examination pass plus Diploma/Certificate in Photography, with 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Health Inspector: Degree from a recognized university plus Sanitary Inspector Training Course certificate, with 5 years’ experience in housekeeping in a public sector or reputed organization.
- Electrician: SSC pass plus DEE or ITI Electrical Trade Certificate, with 3 years’ experience in a reputed organization.
Notification 03 – Non-Paramedical Posts
- Junior Assistant / Cashier / Billing Clerk: Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of computer applications and 3 years’ experience.
- Receptionist: Degree plus Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations (or equivalent), with 2 years’ experience as Receptionist in a corporate hospital, University, Medical College, or PSU.
- Steno Cum Junior Assistant: Bachelor’s degree, plus a pass in Typewriting English (Higher Grade) and Shorthand English (Lower Grade) examinations conducted by the AP Dept. of Technical Education, plus computer knowledge.
- Gas Room Operator: SSC pass plus a Trade Certificate from the AP Dept. of Technical Education (or equivalent), 2 years’ experience in the field, and training in safety facilities including fire extinguishers, hydrant monitors, and sprinkler systems.
SVIMS Tirupati Recruitment 2026: Age Limit
- Candidates must have completed 18 years and must not have completed 42 years of age as on 01-07-2026 (as per G.O.Ms.No.109, GAD (Service-A) Dept., dated 08-10-2025).
- Notification 03: Age relaxation of 5 years applies to SC, ST, BC, and EWS candidates.
- Notification 02: Age relaxation of 5 years applies to SC, ST, and BC candidates (EWS is not separately mentioned in this notification’s age-relaxation clause).
- Persons presently working in SVIMS on Adhoc/Outsourcing/Contract basis get a 5-year relaxation, subject to completing a minimum of 5 years of service in SVIMS as on the date of notification.
- The maximum age limit with all relaxations put together is 52 years.

SVIMS Tirupati Recruitment 2026: Application Fee
- Fee must be paid through the online payment gateway (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) provided on the application portal. No other mode is accepted.
- Fee once remitted is not refundable under any circumstances, including rejection of application or cancellation of the notification.
- Separate fee is payable for each category/post applied for.
SVIMS Tirupati Recruitment 2026: Selection Process
Total marks: 100, split as follows for both notifications:
- If fewer than 10 applications are received for a post, selection is done via weightage of qualifying-examination marks, experience, and interview instead of a CBT.
- If more than 10 applications are received, a Computer Based Test is conducted through AP Online Service at various test centres.
- Minimum qualifying marks in the CBT: Notification 02 – OC 40%, BC 35%, SC/ST 30%. Notification 03 – OC/EWS 40%, BC 35%, SC/ST 30%.
- Steno Cum Junior Assistant (Notification 03 only): Candidates who clear the CBT qualifying marks (35% BC, 30% SC/ST as stated for this stage) are eligible for a separate Skill Test worth 50 marks, on payment of Rs. 590/- fee. Final selection for this post uses a weightage of 50 marks from the CBT and 25 marks from the Skill Test, per AP State Board of Technical Education norms.
- The question paper for the CBT will be in English.
- Normalization formula is applied when an exam for the same post is conducted in multiple shifts/sessions; marks are calculated up to 5 decimal places.
- In case of a tie in marks, the elder candidate is given preference; if age also ties, the candidate with more experience is preferred.
- The wait list is maintained for one year from the date of provisional selection.
SVIMS Tirupati Recruitment 2026: Eligibility & Reservation
- Notification 02: Open only to candidates native to the State of Andhra Pradesh (post bifurcation), who must upload original study certificates for 4 academic years (7th to 10th class), or a residence certificate from the concerned Tahsildar as per Appendix-I of the notification, if they did not study in any institution during that period.
- Notification 03: Open only to candidates native to Tirupati District (post bifurcation of the districts). Nativity must be established via study in an educational institution in the local area for at least 4 consecutive academic years ending with the qualifying exam year, or 4 years’ residence in the local area if not studying during that period.
- Both notifications require candidates to profess the Hindu religion, per TTD Employees Service Rules, 1989.
- Reservation for SC, ST, BC, Women, and (per notification) EWS follows Rule 22 and 22-A of the Andhra Pradesh State Subordinate Service Rules, as applicable to TTD institutions under G.O.Ms.No.1372, dated 25-10-2007.
- Candidates claiming BC (A/B/D) reservation must upload the latest community certificate; failure to do so means the candidature is considered under Open Category only.
- EWS applicants (where applicable) must submit an EWS certificate issued on or after 1 April 2026, confirming gross annual family income for FY 2025-26 below Rs. 8,00,000/-.
- A person in a bigamous marriage is not eligible. Applicants must not have been convicted by any court of law.

SVIMS Tirupati Recruitment 2026: Important Instructions
- SVIMS reserves the right to cancel the recruitment notification at any stage and to fill or not fill any or all posts.
- Notified vacancies are provisional and subject to variation at the discretion of the Director-cum-VC, SVIMS.
- Candidates may choose a test centre with three preferences, but AP Online Services reserves the right to allot any centre; requests for centre change will not be entertained.
- Mere participation in the exam or securing qualifying marks does not confer any right to selection or appointment; selection is provisional and subject to verification of original certificates, community/local status, experience, antecedents, and medical fitness.
- Submission of false certificates or information can lead to cancellation of candidature/appointment and criminal action.
- No TA/DA is paid for attending the written test or interview.
- Use of mobile phones (even switched off), calculators, smart watches, Bluetooth devices, or other electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited at the exam venue.
