- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): M. Tech. or M.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with first division/class with specialization in signal processing and communication or in any such related area. B. Tech. or B.E. degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering with first division. Candidates should have a valid GATE score.
- Project Associate I: Four years B. Tech. Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering/Computer Science Engineering with first division/class.
NIT Delhi Recruitment 2026 – Salary / Stipend
- Junior Research Fellow (JRF): ₹ 37,000/- + HRA (with GATE/CSIR UGC NET) or ₹ 30,000/- + HRA (without GATE/CSIR UGC NET).
