Eligibility Criteria

  • General Manager (Operations)
    • Qualifications: Must be a B. E / B. Tech or any Graduate from a Govt recognized Institute /University, approved by AICTE/UGC.
    • Experience: Applicant from Govt Organization: Officer working in Senior Administrative Grade (SAG) in Railways / Equivalent in Gol or an officer working as Chief Engineer in State Govt organizations. Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization: Minimum 20 years of post qualification executive experience and at least 3 years as AGM in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 100000 – 260000 or equivalent pay. Applicant from Private Sector: Minimum 20 years of post qualification executive experience and at least 03 years in top management positions (equivalent to AGM in PSU) and reporting directly to a Director or Board. Should have worked in companies where the project size of not less than Rs.500 Crore or a company with an annual turnover of not less than Rs.100 Crore in the last 3 years.
  • Deputy General Manager (Rolling Stock)
    • Qualifications: Must be a B.E / B. Tech (Electrical/ECE) graduate from a recognized Institute/University approved by AICTE / UGC.
    • Experience: Applicant from Govt Organization: Officer having 03 yrs of service in Senior Time Scale (STS) in Railways / Equivalent in Gol or officer working as Executive Engineer (EE) in State Govt organizations with minimum 13yrs of post qualification executive experience. Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization: Minimum 13 years of post qualification executive experience and at least 04 years as Manager in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 70000 – 200000 or equivalent pay. Applicant from Private Sector: Minimum 13 years of post qualification executive experience and at least 04 years in middle management positions (equivalent to Manager in PSU) and reporting to senior management. Should have worked in companies where the project size of not less than Rs.500 Crore or a company with an annual turnover of not less than Rs.100 Crore in the last 3 years.
  • Deputy General Manager (Automatic Fare Collection)
    • Qualifications: Must be a BE / B.Tech in (ECE/EEE/IT/CSE) or combination of any of these disciplines from a recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE/UGC.
    • Experience: Applicant from Govt Organization: Officer having 03 yrs of service in Senior Time Scale (STS) in Railways / Equivalent in Gol or officer working as Executive Engineer (EE) in State Govt organizations with minimum 13yrs of post qualification executive experience. Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization: Minimum 13 years of post qualification executive experience and at least 04 years as Manager in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 70000 – 200000 or equivalent pay. Applicant from Private Sector: Minimum 13 years of post qualification executive experience and at least 04 years in middle management positions (equivalent to Manager in PSU) and reporting to senior management.     • Qualifications: Must be a BE/ B.Tech in (ECE/EEE/IT/CSE) or combination of any of these disciplines from a recognized Institute / University approved by AICTE/UGC.
    • Experience: Applicant from Govt Organization: Officer working in Senior Time Scale (STS) in Railways/Equivalent in Gol or officer working as Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) in State Govt organizations with minimum 07yrs of post qualification executive experience. Applicant from Metros / PSUs Organization: Minimum 07 years of post qualification executive experience and at least 04 years as Deputy Manager in the IDA pay scale of Rs. 60000 – 180000 or equivalent pay. Applicant from Private Sector: Minimum 07 years of post qualification executive experience and at least 04 years in Middle management positions (equivalent to Deputy Manager in PSU) and reporting to senior management. Should have worked in companies where the project size of not less than Rs.200 Crore or a company with an annual turnover of not less than Rs.50 Crore in the last 3 years.
