Marking Scheme & How to Calculate Probable Score

Per the official recruitment notification, the written examination for this post consists of Paper I – General Studies (100 Marks) and Paper II – Optional Subject (300 Marks), with a stated negative marking of 0.33 marks (1/3) deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates can use the released answer key to match their responses and estimate their score, subject to confirmation from the final answer key.

BPSC has fixed the objection fee at ₹250 per question. The objection window is open from 08.07.2026 to 12.07.2026, and the Commission has clearly stated that objections received after this date, or through any other medium, will not be considered.
