How to Raise an Objection Against the CG Police SI/Subedar Answer Key

CGPSC has laid out an 11-step process for submitting online claims/objections against the model answer key. Follow these steps exactly as mentioned in the official notice:

  1. Go to the link available on the CGPSC website and log in to raise an online objection against the model answer.
  2. In the candidate Dashboard, go to the Activity Section and click on Objection Filing. A new page will open where you must select the exam name, question paper, set, and question number, and then select the type of objection.
  3. Choose the type of objection from the following options:
    • All Answer Options for the question are incorrect
    • Answer Option issued by the Commission is incorrect
    • More than one Answer Option is correct
    • Question is wrong
    • Question is out of syllabus
    • There is a factual difference in the Hindi and English translation of the question
  4. After selecting the objection type, clearly mention the reason for the objection in the given box, and upload supporting proof as a question-wise PDF file (maximum size 1 MB per question). If any document is downloaded from a web link, it must also be attached as instructed. Objections supported only by a source name/title/link without the actual document attached will not be considered valid. If a book, newspaper, or magazine is used as proof, you must also mention the author’s name, edition/publication date, and the relevant reference page number(s).
  5. Use the Add button to submit more than one objection at a time. Wrongly added objections can be removed. All entered objections will be displayed at the bottom of the page, and the Save button must be used to submit them online.
  6. After submitting objections, you will be redirected to the fee payment page, where you can pay the total objection fee for all your objections using the Pay Now button.
  7. After completing all objections and the fee payment, you will receive a payment receipt. You can download and print the question-wise acknowledgement later from Dashboard > Activity Section > Download Acknowledgement.
  8. Once fee payment is successful, the online objection process is treated as complete, and you will not be able to submit objections again.

Objection Fee

Candidates must pay Rs. 50 per question as the claim/objection fee. The fee must be paid online through a bank, by the candidate themselves. If the bank charges any additional service fee during payment, that cost must also be borne by the candidate. Candidates are advised to protect themselves from phishing, hacking, or any other cyber activity while making the online payment.

Documents Required for Filing an Objection

  • A question-wise proof document in PDF format (maximum 1 MB per question).
  • If citing a book, newspaper, or magazine as proof: the name of the publication/website link, author’s name, edition or publication date, and reference page number(s).
  • Any document downloaded from a web link must be attached only mentioning the source name or link without the document is not valid.

Important Instructions

  • Objections can be submitted online only; no offline application or document will be accepted at the CGPSC office.
  • Candidates get only one opportunity to submit all their objections together for every question they wish to object to. Once the fee is paid, the process is final and cannot be repeated.
  • If the fee payment is unsuccessful, or if a candidate enters different question paper sets within the same paper, or fails to follow the prescribed online objection instructions, the objection will be automatically rejected, and no related application or representation will be considered valid by the Commission.
  • No offline application or document related to the claim/objection will be accepted at the Commission office under any circumstances.
