What Is the NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam OMR Answer Sheet Notice?

This notice allows candidates who sat for the NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination to view the scanned image of their original OMR answer sheet alongside the response NTA’s system recorded against it. The purpose is to let candidates confirm that the answers picked up by the scanning system match what they actually marked on the physical OMR sheet. A copy of the scanned OMR sheet has also been sent to each candidate’s registered email address.

Who Can Check the NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam OMR Answer Sheet?

  • Only candidates who appeared in the NEET (UG) 2026 re-examination conducted on 21 June 2026.
  • Candidates need their Application Number and Password to log in.
  • The response sheet is also emailed to the candidate’s registered email address, so it can be checked without logging in as well.

How to Download the NEET UG 2026 Re-Exam OMR Answer Sheet: Step-by-Step

  1. Visit the official NEET website: neet.nta.nic.in.
  2. Under the “Candidate Activity” section, click on “Display of Scanned Images of OMR Answer Sheet and Recorded Response.”
  3. Log in using your Application/Enrollment Number and Password.
  4. Complete the OTP-based Two-Factor Authentication sent to your registered mobile number and email.
  5. View the scanned OMR answer sheet and the recorded response on screen.
  6. Download and save a copy for future reference.

How to Challenge the NEET UG 2026 Recorded Response

If the response shown on your scanned OMR sheet does not match the answer recorded by NTA’s system, you can raise an objection before the deadline.

  1. Log in to the official NEET candidate portal.
  2. Complete OTP-based Two-Factor Authentication.
  3. Click on “View/Challenge OMR Sheet & Recorded Responses.”
  4. Compare your scanned OMR sheet with the response NTA has recorded.
  5. Select the question(s) with a discrepancy and mark the response you believe is correct.
  6. Pay the challenge fee of ₹200 per response via debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
  7. Submit the challenge.
  8. Download and keep the acknowledgement page and payment receipt.

Important Instructions for Candidates
