- Upper Division Clerk (UDC): Degree of a recognized University or equivalent; At least three years experience in correspondence work in Govt./Semi Govt./Public Sector Undertakings/Autonomous Bodies/Institutions; Thorough knowledge of office routine/rules and regulations.
- Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 12th Class or equivalent qualification from a recognized Board or University; Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi or Tamil on Computer.
