Nepa Limited Recruitment 2026: Age Limit

The upper age limit is a maximum of 50 years for all positions except Painter, which has a maximum age limit of 55 years. Age is reckoned as on 30 June 2026. Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen candidates is as per Government Directives, and a certificate from the Competent Authority must be submitted with the application. OBC candidates belonging to the “Creamy Layer” are not entitled to OBC-NCL relaxation and must indicate their category as Unreserved (UR)/General.

Selection will be made through an interview of shortlisted candidates, conducted either online or physically. Merely fulfilling the eligibility criteria does not entitle a candidate to be called for interview – Nepa Limited reserves the right to raise the minimum eligibility standards to restrict the number of candidates called, in proportion to the number of vacancies. The company’s decision in this regard is final, and it may increase or decrease the number of posts as per its requirement. No written examination or CBT is mentioned in the notification.

Important Instructions

  • Persons discharged or dismissed from service on disciplinary grounds from any organization need not apply.
  • Selected candidates will be initially engaged on a contractual basis for 11 months; the contract period may be extended based on individual performance and Company requirement.
  • Company accommodation is available on normal rent basis, subject to availability.
  • No benefits will be payable other than the remuneration amount indicated for each post.
  • Eligibility criteria may be relaxed for outstanding candidates, at Management’s discretion; Management’s decision is final.
