Eligibility for This Exam
This schedule applies to enrolled D.El.Ed (Face-to-Face) trainees of NCTE-recognised, Bihar Vidyalaya Pariksha Samiti-affiliated training institutions, specifically:
- Trainees in the 2nd year of the 2024-26 training session, appearing for external subjects
- Trainees in the 1st year of the 2025-27 training session, appearing for external subjects
Note on internal subject failures: As per the notification, any candidate who failed or remained absent in an internal subject during the 2025 exam year, and has submitted an exam application this year, is compulsorily required to appear for that internal subject along with all external subjects to complete the D.El.Ed course.

Language-Specific Answer Rule for Special Subjects
As per the notification, four subject codes are marked as “specific subjects” (vishisht vishay) where candidates must answer strictly in a designated language/script:

Important: If a candidate answers these four subjects in any language/script other than the one specified above, their answer sheet for that subject will not be evaluated.
How to Download the BSEB D.El.Ed Face-to-Face Admit Card 2026
Per the official notice, admit cards are downloaded by the training institution on behalf of candidates, not directly by individual trainees. The process is:
- Visit the official portal: https://deled.biharboardonline.org
- The institution’s Principal/Head logs in using the previously allotted User ID and Password
- Download the admit cards for all eligible candidates from 13 July 2026 onward
- The institution must get the admit cards signed and stamped before handing them over to candidates
Required Documents for the Exam
- Admit card downloaded and issued by the institution, duly signed and stamped
- A valid photo identity proof (as generally required for board examinations; specific ID types are not listed in this notice)
Exam-Day Instructions and Entry Rules
- Candidates must enter the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the exam start time.
- Shift 1 entry is allowed only until 9:00 AM (30 minutes before the 9:30 AM start). No entry after this.
- Shift 2 entry is allowed only until 1:30 PM (30 minutes before the 2:00 PM start). No entry after this.
- Candidates arriving late will not be permitted to sit for that shift’s exam under any circumstances.
Scribe/Writer Facility for Differently- Abled Candidates
In line with guidelines from the Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Government of India, the Samiti has notified provisions for a scribe/writer facility for eligible differently-abled (Divyang) candidates:
- Eligible scribe-facility candidates will get 20 minutes of compensatory time per hour of examination.
- Candidates must apply to their respective District Education Officer at least one week before the exam begins.
