Eligibility
- The student must currently be enrolled in a Govt., Govt.-Aided, or Self-Finance college in Haryana and be eligible for promotion to the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year of a UG or PG programme for the 2026-27 session.
- Detailed academic eligibility (minimum marks, pass criteria, subject combination, etc.) is decided as per the norms of the affiliating university, and Principals are responsible for ensuring compliance. The DGHE notice does not list university-wise eligibility criteria, so students should confirm this with their respective college or affiliating university.

| Course/Admission Fee | As per respective college (not fixed centrally) |
| Late Fee (25 – 31 July 2026) | ₹100 |
| Late Fee (01 – 07 August 2026) | ₹100 + ₹100 per day |
