  • District Managers: Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in large-scale Education/Livelihoods/Skill Development/Capacity Building programmes. Experience in monitoring & evaluation and community mobilisation will also be considered.
  • Manager – Call Centre & Career Counselling Unit: Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in large-scale Education/Livelihoods/Skill Development/Capacity Building programmes. Experience in monitoring & evaluation and community mobilisation will also be considered.
  • Career Counsellors: Minimum 3 years of experience in development projects/educational institutions. Experience in large-scale skilling programmes, monitoring & evaluation, or community mobilisation will be considered.
  • Support Executive (Placement): Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in a project-related set-up. Experience in skilling projects is preferred.

Other Requirements

  • Good working knowledge of MS-Office
