The following contractual posts are to be filled:
1. Modelling of Nutrient and Water Use Efficiency in Wheat
- Post: Junior Research Fellow (JRF) – 01
- Fellowship: ₹37,000 + HRA (1st & 2nd yr), ₹42,000 + HRA (3rd yr onwards)
- Qualification: M.Tech/M.Sc. in Geoinformatics / Remote Sensing & GIS / Geomatics
2. Establishment of Agricultural Research Station in Sardar Sarovar Command
- Post: Senior Research Fellow (SRF) – 01
- Fellowship: ₹37,000 + HRA (1st & 2nd yr), ₹42,000 + HRA (3rd yr onwards)
- Qualification: M.Sc.(Agri.) in Agronomy / Soil Science
3. Bio-Efficacy of Oxathiapiprolin + Amisulbrom against Downey Mildew of Cucumber
- Post: Contractual Staff (Research Fellow) – 01
- Fellowship: ₹20,000 / ₹25,000 (Fixed)
- Qualification: B.Sc.(Hons.) Agri / M.Sc.(Agri.) in Plant Pathology

- Fellowship: ₹37,000 + HRA (with NET/GATE) or ₹30,000 + HRA

Age Limit: Maximum 35 years (male) / 40 years (female) for most posts (relaxation as per rules). Up to 50 years for PA-I.
AAU Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the essential qualifications mentioned against each post. Preference will be given to candidates having relevant research experience and knowledge of Gujarati language.
AAU Recruitment 2026 Stipend Details
Fellowship varies as per post and project (₹15,000 to ₹42,000 + HRA). Higher fellowship for JRF/SRF as per GoI norms.

Walk-in Interview on 14 July 2026. Candidates must bring all original documents, attested copies, bio-data, and passport size photo. Shortlisting will be done based on merit and interview performance.
