NIT Rourkela Project Fellow Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
Essential Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. and M.Tech in any discipline with more than 60% marks in 10th, 12th and qualifying degrees OR M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics. One second-class is permitted in 10th or 12th.
Desirable Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. and M.Tech in any discipline with more than 60% marks OR M.Sc. in Physics/Mathematics. Candidate’s enrolment in Ph.D. program is contingent upon DRC approval.
Age Limit: Upper age limit is 28 years (relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST/PwD/Female, 3 years for OBC Non-creamy layer) as on last date of application.

- FEM Simulation in ANSYS/COMSOL
- MATLAB Programming with Hardware
- Polymer/Viscoelastic material modelling using TTS
