- OIC (ESM Only): Graduate, Minimum 5 years work experience in HealthCare institution or managerial positions.
- Medical Specialist: MD/MS in Specialist concerned/DNB, Minimum 3 years in the subject concerned after Post Graduation.
- Medical Officer: MBBS, Minimum 3 years experience after internship. Preferable additional qualification in Medicine/Surgery.
- Dental Officer: BDS, Minimum 3 years work experience.
- Laboratory Technician: B Sc (Medical Lab Tech) OR Matriculation/Higher Secondary/Senior Secondary (10+2) with Science from recognized board. Diploma in Medical Lab Technology from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years experience.
- DT/DH/DORA: Diploma Holder in Dental Hyg/Class 1 DH/DORA Course (Armed Forces), Minimum 3 years experience.
- Driver: Education – 8th pass, Class-1 MT Dvr (Armed Forces). Minimum 5 years experience. Possess a civil driving license.
- DEO/Clerk: Graduate / Class | Clerical trade (Armed Forces), Minimum 5 years experience.
- Female Attendant: Literate, Minimum 5 years experience in Civil Army Health institutions.
