• Grade/CGPA without conversion: If your mark sheet shows CGPA or grade, you must convert it to equivalent percentage as per your university’s conversion formula and enter that in the application. The application portal does not auto-convert.
• Submitting incorrect caste certificate: Reserved category benefits are available only to original Gujarati residents with certificates issued by the competent authority of Gujarat Government. Certificates issued by other states are not valid for reservation. The certificate number and date must be entered in the online form.
• Non-Creamy Layer certificate validity: The SEBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate must be issued within 3 financial years from the date of issuance and must be valid as on the last date of online application. An expired certificate will not be accepted.
• Modifying details after final submission: Once submitted, no changes are allowed to the application. Any discrepancy found between the application and original documents at the verification stage will result in cancellation of candidature.
