Nationality

All applicants must be citizens of India.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university, or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government.

Crucially, the final year mark sheet date must fall between January 1, 2022 and June 1, 2026 (both dates inclusive). Graduates who passed before January 1, 2022, or after June 1, 2026, are not eligible.

Prior Apprenticeship Condition

  • Candidates must not have previously undergone apprenticeship training under the Apprentices Act 1961 – either with NIACL or any other organization.
  • Candidates currently pursuing an apprenticeship anywhere are also ineligible.
  • Candidates with one or more years of job experience after graduation are not eligible.

Special Guidelines for Reserved Category Candidates

  • Only Non-Creamy Layer OBC candidates are entitled to OBC reservation benefits.
