ESIC Advocate Empanelment 2026-29 – Eligibility Criteria
Advocates must be practicing and registered with Bar Council of India / State Bar Council. Detailed eligibility, experience required, and terms & conditions are given in Annexure-I of the notification.

Interested advocates fulfilling the eligibility criteria may submit their applications in the prescribed format (Annexure-II or Annexure-III) along with all supporting documents. The application must be sent by post to the address below, super-scribing the envelope with the specific court name.
